Let’s Talk Suicide

A camp to help kids heal after a suicide

A first of its kind in Australia, Let’s Talk Suicide is a one-day ‘camp’ created specifically for kids who are grieving the suicide of a family member.

The program is offered as a virtual camp and teaches kids aged 7 to 17 the mental tools and coping skills to help them heal from the guilt, shame and blame that often comes with suicidal grief.

The one-day face-to-face Let’s Talk Suicide Family Day Camp brings families with similar experiences together to connect, hear from guest speakers and panelists from support organisations and enjoy activites. Register your interest for our next Let’s Talk Suicide Family Day Camp.

Our Let’s Talk Suicide facilitator shares her advice for parents considering the Let’s Talk Suicide virtual camp.

“We don’t expect them to share more than what they want. They can tell us as much or as little as they want.”

Tia, Facilitator

“Feel the Magic has taught us strategies on how to process our grief. It allowed my daughter to meet other children which normalised that she’s not alone.”

Leah, Parent
